SHIPPING + RETURNS


SHIPPING

ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12PM (PDT) WILL SHIP IN 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS, MONDAY - FRIDAY.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19 all major couriers are experiencing delays.

  • USPS Priority Mail is not express or overnight.

  • All express mail will explicitly say "express," "overnight," or "next day" when selecting.

  • Express orders placed before 12 pm PDT, Monday - Friday will generally ship the same day.

  • Express orders placed after 12 pm PDT will ship the following business day.

  • We do not ship Express or Expedited orders on Saturday or Sunday. All Express and Expedited orders ship Monday - Friday with the exception of observed Federal Holidays. If you place your order after 12pm on Friday, it will ship the following Monday.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

  • Our shipping partners are USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL.

USPS DELAYS

Please be aware that due to USPS experiencing massive network-wide delays, your orders will be impacted in the following ways:

  • It will take longer for USPS to scan in your packages. This means you might get a tracking status of ‘Pre-shipment” for up to 5 days. Your package is at UPSP waiting to be scanned in and sorted by a postal worker.

  • Your orders will require more time to deliver. USPS currently has a major shortage in drivers and transportation, as stated on their website.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will require a new shipping label. Once the package returns to our facility, we will contact you to inquire about reshipping your order. If you want your order reshipped, we will send an invoice for the cost of shipping. If we are unable to receive a response from you in 3 business days, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, less the original amount you paid for shipping.

  • COCO KISSES™ is not responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.

  • REROUTED ORDERS: Orders are rerouted back to COCO KISSES™ for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Insufficient/incorrect address

    • Failure to pick up your package from the post office within a reasonable time after delivery was attempted.

    All rerouted orders are automatically refunded minus the cost of shipping.

RETURNS

  • All orders placed on coco-kisses.com are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • By purchasing from this website (our online store), you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

  • Because we sell handmade items and custom clothing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

  • If there is something displeasing with your order, please let us know within 21 days from the date of purchase by emailing us at support@coco-kisses.com with your order number in the subject.

  • Defective items will receive store credit and/or be promptly replaced.

  • In the event that your previously purchased item is sold out or out of stock,
    COCO KISSES™ will happily consider a refund.
